Founded in 2015, Grace and James started as a boutique retail collection of just six candles, featuring fragrances and packaging designed in collaboration with some of Australia’s leading artists. Since that debut Artist Series, the brand has grown into a household favourite.
Today, Grace and James offers a complete home fragrance experience, expanding from signature soy wax candles into high-quality air fresheners, diffusers and room sprays.
Grace and James has also become one of Australia’s most reputable private label manufacturers, creating candle collections and/or collaborations with some of Australia’s leading fashion, homewares and iconic brands such as Endota, Norsu, T2, Kikki-K, LVLY, The NGV Store, Spell and Flannel to name just a few. HQ and production facility is based in Melbourne, Victoria and is a bustling hive of activity with a team of committed creatives and makers who love what they do and have a lot of fun along the way!

Hey guys!
We are Cat and Trav Sanders, and we live in Melbourne with our four kids — Hazel, Goldie, Bowie and Walker. We’ve been creating Grace and James for over 10 years and it has been such a joy and privilege.
All our candles, room sprays, air fresheners, diffusers and the entire home fragrance collections are lovingly made by us in Melbourne, where we design and create everything in-house. Thanks for journeying with us and allowing us to continue bringing our Grace and James goodness into your homes.
